2. Principle
The protection of your personal data is important to me. I process your data in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP), the Data Protection Ordinance (DPO) and, where applicable, the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
3. Collection and processing of personal data
3.1 Visiting the website
When you visit this website, technical data transmitted by your browser is automatically collected. This includes: IP address (anonymised where technically possible), date and time of access, page/URL visited, browser type and version, operating system.

3.2 Contact
When you contact me by email or via the contact form, the data you provide (e.g. name, email address, message) is stored to process your enquiry and to answer any follow-up questions. This data is not shared with third parties without your consent.
Data collected in the context of a contact enquiry is deleted once it is no longer needed for processing your request.
3.2a Electronic communication
Please note: Absolute confidentiality cannot be guaranteed for electronic communication (email, video conferencing). Confidential content (personal or health-related matters) should not be transmitted via unencrypted email.
3.3 Counselling relationship
During a counselling relationship, additional personal data may be collected (e.g. phone number, appointment scheduling, session notes). This data is used exclusively for the delivery of counselling and is subject to professional confidentiality.
Counselling-related data is deleted after the conclusion of counselling and after the expiry of statutory retention periods, unless there is a legal obligation for further retention.
3.4 Employee Assistance Programme
Special confidentiality rules apply to Employee Assistance Programmes. The content of counselling sessions is subject to professional confidentiality and is never disclosed to the employer. Anonymised usage statistics (e.g. number of sessions booked) can be provided to the company on request.
4. Cookies
This website does not use cookies. No cookies are used for tracking, analytics or advertising purposes.
5. Analytics and tracking tools
I deliberately refrain from using analytics and tracking tools such as Google Analytics. No user profiles are created and no user behaviour is analysed.
6. Data sharing with third parties
Personal data is only shared with third parties where this is necessary for the fulfilment of contractual services (e.g. hosting provider), a legal obligation exists, or you have given your express consent.

Video conferencing
For online counselling, I use Zoom (Zoom Video Communications, Inc., USA). Further information: https://zoom.us/en/privacy
Counselling sessions take place with encryption enabled. No recordings are made.
7. Data transfer abroad
The use of GitHub Pages (USA), Formspree (USA) and Zoom (USA) may result in data transfers to the USA. The USA has an adequate level of data protection pursuant to the decision of the Swiss Federal Council under the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
8. Your rights
You have the right at any time to request information about your stored personal data, to request correction of inaccurate data, to request deletion (subject to statutory retention obligations), to request restriction of processing, and to request data portability.
