Sessions take place primarily online. In-person appointments are available by arrangement.
Availability
I’m available Monday to Friday. Appointments are also possible in the late afternoon and early evening by arrangement.

Initial consultation
The initial consultation is free of charge and non-binding. It lasts approx. 30 minutes and takes place online via video conference. Simply send me a brief message with your concern and preferred times.
Crisis support
My counselling is not a crisis service. If you are in an acute crisis, please contact one of the following services:
