Forschung, die in die Praxis fliesst

Meine Beratung baut auf Forschung auf, die ich selbst betrieben habe. An der Wirtschaftsuniversität Wien habe ich über fünf Jahre zu Bedürfnissen in sozialen Systemen, Visionsentwicklung und organisationalem Lernen geforscht und publiziert. An der Universität Wien habe ich mich mit den Mechanismen von Stress und Erholung beschäftigt.

Diese wissenschaftliche Grundlage fliesst direkt in meine Beratungsarbeit ein – insbesondere in das Berufungscoaching und die Arbeit mit Stress und Recovery.


Bedürfnisse verstehen und Visionen entwickeln

Wie erkennen Menschen, was sie wirklich brauchen? Und wie entsteht aus diesem Wissen eine tragfähige Vision? Diese Fragen standen im Zentrum meiner Forschung an der WU Wien. Die Ergebnisse bilden die wissenschaftliche Grundlage meines Berufungscoachings.


Persönlichkeit und Veränderung

Können sich Menschen grundlegend verändern? In dieser Publikation haben wir das Konzept des Triple-Loop-Learnings neu betrachtet und argumentiert, dass Persönlichkeitsveränderung als tiefgreifender Lernprozess verstanden werden kann – mit Implikationen für Coaching und persönliche Entwicklung.


Stress und Erholung

Meine Masterarbeit in klinischer Psychologie untersuchte die Mechanismen von Stress und Recovery in einem experimentellen Setting (Trier Social Stress Test) und die Rolle von Persönlichkeitsfaktoren in diesem Prozess.
